It’s easy. Once you’ve added your items to your basket, head to the checkout. Simply select ‘UNLIMITED Delivery’ when choosing the delivery options.

Once you’ve completed the checkout process, UNLIMITED Delivery will be activated and your order will arrive within two days.

We’re hoping you’ve noticed how low our prices are. One of the ways we are able to offer such good discounts is because we ask customers to pay for any returns through our Returns Portal.

Your UNLIMITED Delivery membership is attached to several pieces of information; cardholder name, email address, billing address, and postcode. So, to make sure your UNLIMITED Delivery is applied, if any of those change please let us know! Visit our Contact Us page for our details.

We’ll send you an email or text on the day your delivery is due to arrive with an estimated time slot. If the delivery time is inconvenient for you, you can rearrange it with the courier.

Yes, please. You’ll need to sign for it. But don’t worry, if you’re not in when your order is delivered, delivery will be attempted again.

You can always change your delivery date for free through the courier.

We use DPD for our UNLIMITED Deliveries.

Our normal cut-off time is 5pm. However, at busy times it may change. You’ll be notified at the checkout if we’ve had to change the cut-off time.

You can. You are able to cancel your UNLIMITED membership at any time. However, you’ll only receive a refund if you haven’t used the service.

• Unlimited Express Delivery on Ireland. Unlimited Express Delivery purchased on www.mandmdirect.ie is only available to customers living in Ireland. It cannot be used on any other international MandM Direct website.
• Amending your contact details. If you wish to amend your email address, address, postcode or name, please send us an email to customerserviceseuro@mandmdirect.com. If any of these details are not accurate or kept up-to-date, the rights and benefits you would otherwise receive with the Unlimited Express Delivery service may not be applied to your order.
• When we can withdraw Unlimited Express Delivery membership. Membership of our Unlimited Express Delivery service is granted at our discretion, we can terminate your membership at any time. We will notify you in writing when we terminate your membership.
• Refund of the membership fee when we withdraw Unlimited Express Delivery. If we have withdrawn your membership because we reasonably believe you have failed to comply either with these terms or the terms of Unlimited Express Delivery membership, then we will not refund the fee you paid for the current year. If we have withdrawn your membership for any reason, we will refund you a pro rata amount of the fee, based on how long is left in the current year.
• If you wish to terminate your Unlimited Express Delivery membership. If you wish to terminate your membership, please send us an email to customerserviceseuro@mandmdirect.com. You will not be able to rejoin as an Unlimited Express Delivery member for a period of 12 months.
• Abuse of the Unlimited Express Delivery service. Unlimited Express Delivery is only available to personal shoppers and will be cancelled if MandM Direct deems abuse of service has taken place or the service is being used for non personal purchases.
• We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
• MandM Direct reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.
