Reviews Policy

MandM values honest feedback from its customers. Anyone who has used our website or app, or ordered products from us, is welcome to leave a review about our products and services. While we welcome feedback from all users, reviews should reflect your own genuine experience with our services and / or products. We do not require you to have made a purchase to leave a review.

If you place an order with us, you will be sent an email inviting you to submit a review using our service partner, Trustpilot, who operate an independent review website. You will not receive more than one email inviting you to leave a review during any 10 day period.

You can also submit a review independently, without receiving an email invitation from us, via the Trustpilot website. All reviews featured on our website or app are published via Trustpilot. We do not publish all reviews we receive on our website, however all customer reviews about MandM can be found on the Trustpilot website. We do not pay or incentivise anyone to provide a review.

MandM welcomes all reviews - positive, neutral, or negative - provided that they are:

• Based on your own genuine experience
• Respectful and non-discriminatory
• Do not contain offensive language
• Do not promote unrelated products or services
• Do not contain any false, misleading or defamatory content

If you submit a review via Trustpilot, you should follow Trustpilot’s Guidelines for Reviewers. Trustpilot takes a firm approach to fake reviews and 100% of reviews are run through specialist detection technology to identify suspicious patterns. After reviews have been screened by Trustpilot to ensure that they follow the Trustpilot guidelines, we still may flag reviews if we believe they may be harmful or illegal, contain personal information, are advertising or promotional, are not based on a genuine experience, or are about a different business. Trustpilot’s internal teams will then assess the flagged review and determine whether it should be removed.

Your review is owned by you, therefore you are able to edit, update or delete your review via Trustpilot at any time.

Trustpilot uses a combination of automated tools and human moderation to ensure reviews that are published on MandM’s website and app comply with this policy. We reserve the right to flag any reviews that are in breach of Trustpilot’s policy, this policy or legal requirements.
